This is Gerhardt's nemesis.
Akira is the youngest son of a wealthy Japanese family, a family who is secretly in charge of a yakuza organization that has grown as the family's legit conglomerate has grown.
Akira has teamed up with the Decepticons, officially to get revenge against Gerhardt; in reality, he's also trying to steal their technology so that he can reverse engineer it.
He's supposed to be Japanese, but I couldn't get a proper Asiatic skin tone. Oh well.
